WIN $500 WORTH OF SEEDS PROMOTION

1. Eligibility: The Win $500 Free Seeds Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of ILGM and its affiliates are not eligible. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to these terms and ILGM’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.

3. Entry Period: The Promotion begins every first day of the month at 12:00 AM PDT and ends every last day of the month at 11:59 PM PDT, after which the promotion is reset and starts again (every such period is an Entry Period).

4. How to Enter: To enter, provide your email address using the form provided on-site during the Entry Period. Limit one entry per person per Entry Period. Duplicate entries or those submitted using fraudulent methods will be disqualified. By entering, you agree to receive promotional emails and commercial offers from the ILGM. You may opt-out at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

5. Prize: Every Entry Period, one eligible entrant will win $500 worth of cannabis seeds, redeemable via a coupon code provided by ILGM. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

6. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during an Entry Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted by ILGM within 5 days after the end of an Entry Period. The winner will be notified via email. If the winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 5 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

8. Use of Email Addresses: By entering, you consent to receive promotional and marketing emails from the ILGM, including special offers, updates, and news about products. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

9. General Conditions: ILGM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at its discretion. Any attempt to undermine the Promotion’s operation may result in disqualification.

10. Limitation of Liability: By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless ILGM, its affiliates, and agents from any liability related to your participation or prize acceptance.

11. Privacy: Email addresses collected are used for this Promotion and ILGM communications, in accordance with ILGM’s Privacy Policy.

12. Disputes: The Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes must be resolved individually in accordance with these rules.

ILGM SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater). Employees of Sponsor, Administrator and/or any affiliated entities, and their immediate family members are prohibited from entering. Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. 

2. Sponsor: The sweepstakes is sponsored by ILGM 931 10th St. #272 - Modesto, CA 95354 (“Sponsor”). 

3. Administrator: This sweepstakes is administered by Creatormate, 2784 West 2650 North, Clinton, UT 84015 (“Administrator”). 

4. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in this sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), entrants agree to abide by the terms and conditions thereof as established by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to qualify all submissions and to reject any submissions that do not meet the requirements for participation as established by Sponsor. 

5. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on 3/1/2025 at 12:00am and PT and ends on 4/20/2025 at 11:59pm PT (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

6. How to Enter: There are three ways to enter: 1 – During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals will receive entries by purchasing eligible products on ilgm.com & ilgmhomegrowtour.com. Transactions with declined credit or debit cards, as well as returned purchases, are not eligible for entry. 2 - You may provide your e-mail address and double opt-in to the ilgm.com newsletter. E-mail addresses that did not double opt-in do not qualify. 3 – You may also enter without making a purchase by hand-print your full name, complete valid address, phone number with area code, valid email address, and date of birth on a 4" x 6" postcard, and mailing it to: PO Box #8 Hooper, UT 84315. All post card entries must be postmarked before the close of the Sweepstakes Period and received by no later than 7 days after the close of the Sweepstakes Period. Each postcard grants an individual ten (10) Entries. Limit thirty thousand (30,000) Entries per person regardless of method of entry. Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter in violation of the entry limits will be ineligible. Incomplete or illegible Entries are invalid and not eligible to win. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited. Normal internet access and device usage charges imposed by your ISP may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for damaged, lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries; technical, hardware, software, electronic or postal system failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; fraudulent, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by Sponsor, the users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes; or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions or downloading, that may limit, delay or prevent an entrant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes and award the prizes from Entries received up to the time of termination or suspension should causes beyond Sponsor’s control, including unauthorized human intervention, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt, compromise or materially affect the administration, fairness, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes or proper submission of entries. Sponsor is not liable for any loss, injury or damage caused, whether directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from downloading data or otherwise participating in this Sweepstakes. 

7. Selection of Winners: On or about May, 2025 a total of 10 potential  winners, (each, a “Winner”) will be selected at random from all eligible Entries received. From this 10 there will be a final random drawing that can be seen or announced via website or socials. The odds of winning are not calculable in advance and depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

8. Notification of Potential Prize Winners: The Winners will be notified via call, email, facetime. If any Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of the Prize within ten (10) business days after being notified that he or she is a Winner, another Winner may be chosen using the same procedure specified above. 

9. Requirements of Winners: Sponsor may require all Winners to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, wherever lawful, as a precondition to award of any Prize. If any Winner fails to sign and return the requested documents to Sponsor, that Winner may be disqualified, and the Prize will thereafter be awarded to an alternate Winner from the remaining valid entries using the procedure specified above. Prize: The grand prize winner will receive an Airstream Bambi 22 (the “Prize”). The estimated retail value of each Prize is $ $68,000. The total estimated retail value of all Prizes is $68,000. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the winner would like to exchange the prize for cash the cash value is ⅓ the value of the prize listing in this document. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a particular Prize for one of comparable or greater value. No individual may win more than one Prize. All Winners are responsible for any and all applicable local, state, and/or federal taxes and fees. Each Winner must take possession of the Prize by 6/1/2025. The Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local income taxes associated with the Prize. 10. Additional Terms for Travel: All travel arrangements must be coordinated through the Sponsor and are subject to availability. Winners bear responsibility for travel to and from the departure airport and for any personal expenses incurred. All expenses that are not specifically provided for herein including, but not limited to, meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, taxes and other transportation are the Winner’s sole responsibility. Winner and his or her travel companions must have valid travel documents (e.g., government issued identification) prior to departure, and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of all or some aspects of the Prize. Winner and his or her travel companions are solely responsible for satisfying all legally required conditions of travel. Sponsor and Administrator are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay or any weather or airline issues that prevent the Winner from traveling, in which event any missed portion of the Prize may be forfeited in its entirety.

RELEASE AND PUBLICITY: ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AFFILIATED COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR THE ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL OR OTHER ERROR IN THE PRINTING OF THE OFFER OR ADMINISTRATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR IN THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE PRIZE.
