How can I order seeds?
- Go to our feminized seeds category and select any of the products.
- Once you've found a product you like, select the number of seeds and hit add to cart.
- When you're done adding products to your cart go to your cart.
- Go to your cart, select checkout.
- Enter your details and continue to shipping method.
- Select your preferred shipping method and select continue.
- Select your preferred payment method and continue to payment.
- Select your preferred payment method and check your email for payment confirmation or steps to finalize payment.
Is it safe to order?
We've been delivering seeds across the world for almost a decade and are specialized in safe delivery to the USA.
Our stealth packaging guarantees delivery.
Your bank transcript will not have any marijuana-related payments on it and the package itself has no marijuana references on it.
We only ship out high-quality products and guarantee our seeds are the best out there.
Paying by bank
We offer multiple options to make a payment to our U.S. bank account.
This is our recommended and most frequently used payment method.
Detailed instructions will be included in your order confirmation.
We offer these options:
- Online bank transfer using an email address
- ACH or WIRE bank transfer
- Send a Check, or use Bill Pay
You can pick the option that suits you best.
Bank Deposit is also the quickest and cheapest method of paying for your order.
Paying with cash
You send us cash in an envelope. We send you your order. This is the most private and anonymous way to order.
You will receive our mailing address after you place your order. We will instruct you on how to send the money. All currencies are accepted. Use www.xe.com to calculate your exchange rate to US dollars if needed.
From the U.S. it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks for the cash to arrive here. Sending cash is very safe, there have been no lost cash payments in over 12 months.
Paying with credit card
We do NOT recommend using a credit card for payment.
You, and we, are much better off using one of the other methods.
The chance of your payment succeeding is quite small. The card companies block most cannabis-related payments.
If, for some reason, you still choose to use a credit card then you will get a number of emails after placing your order:
- One email asks you to confirm your order. You will not be billed until you have confirmed your order.
- If you did not enter your credit card details, click the link in the second email to do this.
If you have made a mistake, you can just start a new order. Unpaid orders will be removed automatically.
Many US Credit Cards are by default blocked for overseas purchases.
Please call your bank and tell them you are expecting an international charge. This can be from Europe or China.
You do NOT need to tell them what you are buying. They also will not ask you this.
What if my card payment fails?
If payment fails, then check the following:
- Did you use your official credit card billing address? Otherwise, your payment might not be processed. (An alternative shipping address can be entered)
- Do you have sufficient funds on the card?
- If you are using an "IP anonymizer" or "VPN / Proxy" the card fraud checks might block your transaction.
- Check with your Card provider if there is a restriction on your card for overseas purchases.
As with most online stores, your card info is processed by a secured third party company. We ourselves do not see or store your credit card information.
Paying with Bitcoin
Buy marijuana seeds with Bitcoin and you'll get a 10% discount on your entire order!
Before ordering and choosing Bitcoin, first make sure to buy some bitcoins using our easy 4 step guide. Bitcoin ready in your wallet? Then choose Bitcoin at the checkout, and follow the instructions.
No other cryptocurrencies
Please make sure that you pay with plain-old Bitcoin only. We cannot process or refund Bitcoin-Cash or other cryptocurrencies.
How do I apply a discount code?
Received an ILGM discount? Great! Once you have products in your cart you can go to the checkout. Here you'll find an input field for your discount code.
On mobile this field is a bit hidden. You can find it on the Payment Details step, or you see it when you select Show Order Summary anywhere in the checkout.
I did not receive a confirmation email
After placing an order you will be directed to a confirmation page with all the order details. We will automatically send you a confirmation email as well. The email might have landed in your spam inbox. If you did not get this email, please contact us.
What is the status of my order?
You can find the status of your order in your account.
Can I cancel my order?
If you selected to pay by bank, cash or Bitcoin and have not yet paid, you don't have to do anything. You may receive a payment-reminder but you can ignore it, or choose to pay at any later moment.
If you selected to pay by ACH, please contact support so we can stop the payment from processing.
Do we offer wholesale?
Inquiries for orders between $1,000 and $5,000 USD can be submitted through this contact form.
Inquiries for orders over $5,000 USD can be submitted through our wholesale form.
Please note that wholesale orders cannot be paid by credit card and require a US shipping address.
