We're phasing out our loyalty points program, and all points must be redeemed by September 14th.

That doesn’t mean you have to use them right away — but you do need to convert your points into a voucher code before the deadline.

Head to the VIP section in your account, redeem your points into a voucher code, and save that code somewhere safe — we recommend:

• Emailing it to yourself

• Saving it in your phone’s Notes app

• Or even writing it down

As long as you’ve redeemed your points and have your code, you can shop whenever you’re ready — even after September 14th.

Important:

1. Your voucher code does not expire, but it can only be used once

2. Make sure to check the minimum order value that applies to your voucher

Absolutely! Sign up now, start earning points immediately, and redeem them for enhanced value before September 14.

You get more value—you’ll need fewer points to unlock each voucher. Check your VIP to see what you’ve unlocked.

All existing points expire. But we’re launching a new program with next-level rewards, and customers who didn’t redeem will be able to opt into a make-up voucher.

The upcoming program is a completely fresh start, built from the ground up — so current tiers and point balances won’t carry over.

But don’t worry — we’ve got big things planned. The new system will be more rewarding than ever, and we’re making sure our loyal customers are taken care of.

2. Click “Log in” at the top right corner of the page

3. Enter the email and password you used to register your account

4. Once logged in, click your account icon (top right)

5. Navigate to the VIP Program section

6. On the right side of the screen, you’ll see your current points and tier level.

   Scroll down to the “Rewards” section

7. Click “Redeem” on the voucher you’d like to redeem

8. Confirm by clicking “Redeem” again

9. Your voucher code will be generated — copy it

10. Save your code somewhere safe:

• Email it to yourself

• Save it in your phone’s Notes app

• Or write it down and stick it to your fridge
