Germination Guarantee

Followed the paper towel method from our guide and still didn't get a sprout? We'll send you a free replacement. Here's how to confirm you qualify and claim a resend.

Our Germination Guarantee

If you followed our guaranteed germination method and your seeds didn't sprout, we'll replace them — no hassle. Haven't tried yet?

Eligibility — At a Glance

You're covered if:

  • You used our paper towel method exactly as shown in the guide
  • You have your order number or receipt
  • Seeds were stored properly — cool, dry, stable, under 12 months

Not covered if:

  • Seeds were stored longer than 12 months
  • Seeds were exposed to extreme heat, cold, or humidity
  • A different method was used instead of the paper towel method

What You'll Need to Submit

Always required:

  • Your order number or receipt

Additionally required if more than 30% of your seeds failed, or this is your 2nd+ replacement request:

  • Photo or video of the ungerminated seeds
  • The germination method used
  • Your packing slip and order confirmation, visible in the photo
  • A clear photo of your setup
  • Not sure your setup counts?

How Replacement Works

  1. Submit your request through our contact form, with your documentation
  2. We review your request to confirm eligibility
  3. Replacements ship free — you'll get the number of seeds that didn't germinate, plus one extra, in the same strain when possible (or a suitable alternative if it's unavailable)

Customer Responsibilities

Follow the paper towel method — Our instructions are included by email with your order and covered step-by-step in our Germination Guide →. Proper moisture, spacing, and warmth matter.

Store seeds correctly — Keep seeds in a cool, dry, stable environment. We can't guarantee germination for seeds stored over 12 months or exposed to temperature/humidity extremes.

We want this to be simple and fair. If anything's unclear, reach out before you submit — our support team is happy to help.
