One puff, and it soon makes plenty of sense why this cannabis cultivar is named after a bright green superhero. Like the power of the Hulk suddenly taking form, Bruce Banner seeds will overtake you with some potent effects. If you've been feeling a little 'less than', Bruce Banner will quickly take over and make everything go your way.
Based on the original prize-winning Bruce Banner, our signature cultivar is a perfectly bred blend of OG Kush and Strawberry Diesel. Bruce Banner is a mostly sativa hybrid with typical genetics of 40% indica and 60% sativa.
Bruce Banner produces 24-31% THC with a sweet strawberry and diesel aroma and an energetic, euphoric effect profile. Indoor flowering requires 9-10 weeks with yields of 500-600 grams per square meter and plants reaching 100-120 centimeters in height.
These are female plants, contrary to male plants, are the ones that actually produce weed. They start flowering when they receive less light per day, i.e. in the fall or when you manipulate the light cycle indoors.
We also advise reading our germination instructions for guaranteed success sprouting your seeds.
Bruce Banner earned its name due to its huge yields and high potency. They are also very hearty plants that will grow well in both indoor as well as outdoor settings. If growing outdoors, keep in mind, Bruce Banner has a strong scent. If you do not want everyone to recognize what you are growing, plan accordingly.
A lot of growers of Bruce Banner use the Screen of Green (scrogging) technique to help distribute light when growing indoors. This cannabis plant reacts well to stress training such as these, often producing even higher yields.

We recommend giving your plants:
For indoor grows, Bruce Banner will begin flowering around 8 to 9 weeks. Under the right circumstances, you can reach yields towards 14 ounces per plant. The plants tend to be around 4.5 feet tall in an indoor grow setting.
Outdoor grows will lead to gigantic plants. In some cases, you can reach yields as high as 19 ounces per plant when you're growing outdoors, but be warned: those hulking plants will get almost up to 10 feet in height. Outdoor grows should be harvested in early October. While they aren't the toughest cannabis plants to grow, Bruce Banner plants are best left to those with some experience growing.
Bruce Banner didn't become famous for being mild-mannered. Just like its alter ego, this cannabis plant is known for being highly intense. However, unlike the character, the 'Hulk effect' of this cultivar produces a monster of happiness, not anger. One puff of Bruce Banner, and you're feeling euphoric, followed by energetic joy that eases into a relaxing sense of creativity and well-being.
That's why, if you've been feeling down, Bruce Banner might be the perfect pick-me-up. It's a potent 'happiness bomb' that hits you whenever you smoke it. It's the ideal way to relax into an evening of good times even if you weren't feeling like it before.
Bruce Banner's flowers are intense, so remember, less is more. You can never get too much happiness, but you can get too much dry mouth and dry eyes. Keep a glass of water nearby when you smoke it.
There's also the chance that you may experience headaches, anxiety, or paranoia, but this is more likely to occur if you overdo it. Remember, Bruce Banner can have a whopping THC level of as much as 31%, so it's not messing around.
Bruce Banner is not only strong when it comes to potency and effects, but it also packs a powerful smell. Its odor is incredibly strong, even well before harvest time, so plan for this when you grow it.
The scent is a combination of fruits and diesel. Any true fan of this cultivar would be able to recognize it instantly by its smell alone.
The taste is similar but allows the taste buds to distinguish between flavors a bit more than the scent does. This is due to the fact the taste is simply not as strong as the smell - which is a good thing, or else no one would enjoy smoking it. There is still a bit of diesel in the flavor, but there's also a strawberry sweetness, as well as a flowery flavor.
Bruce Banner is a fantastic cannabis flower for boosting any mood. Whether it's a bad day or something more long-term, a bit of Bruce is likely to put a smile on your face. Even though it is a sativa-leaning varietal, this ILGM signature cannabis plant eases the mind and body in a balanced, pleasant way. If you are naturally the anxious type, you won't need to worry about Bruce Banner making you more jittery, making it a great pick-me-up for most people.
In addition to improving mood, people have consumed this cultivar for pain and high levels of stress. In most people, Bruce Banner increases energy, making it ideal for daytime use or whenever you need a little boost. Bruce Banner also may increase appetite and has been used to ease nausea.
