This is a strain that ILGM's Robert Bergman cultivated himself and loves! He bred it so it would be easy to cultivate, grow into tall, bud-covered plants, and have an average flowering time, as well as produce very high yields. It is an indica dominant strain and features a unique and pungent aroma you will quickly come to love. Gold Leaf seeds grow both indoors and outside and produces powerful buds you'll love.
Robert did it again! Also available as Gold Leaf autoflower seeds!
When Robert Bergman created the Gold Leaf Strain, he combined multiple plants to produce a refined, sativa style height plant with indica traits users love.
To do that he struck a genetic balance of 40% sativa genes with 60% indica genetics producing that perfectly balanced blend of euphoria, creativity, and mood-boosting magic that keeps customers coming back and THC levels up to 21%!
These are feminized seeds. Female plants, contrary to male plants, are the ones that actually produce weed. They start flowering when they receive less light per day, i.e. in the fall or when you manipulate the light cycle indoors. ILGM's Gold Leaf Strain is a great option for beginners looking to do an easy outdoor summer grow. By growing outdoors you can produce plants well over 7 feet tall from marijuana seeds that start to sprout almost immediately.
The strain also features a steady growth rate, a key feature that helps plants produce very high yields. If you are looking to grow indoors you can still get great results. It does require a little extra work-but the reward makes it worth it. To ensure good growth you'll need to manage the plant with proper cropping and pruning.
If you aren't familiar with the best growing techniques, check out our guides section to learn more. Gold Leaf flowers in 8-9 weeks and consistently produces yields of 550-600 grams per square meter under controlled indoor conditions. The strain responds well to high-intensity lighting and benefits from nutrient feeding schedules designed for heavy feeders.
Indoor grows produce a flowering period between 54 to 63 days. On average an indoor crop will produce between 15 to 23 ounces of marijuana for every square meter.
Always ensure you feed your plants the right nutrients. Bergman's Marijuana Fertilizer set gives the perfect NPK ratios during each stage of the plant's growth.
In case you're growing outside and want to help fend off pests or mold, our plant protector is great for keeping your plants protected.
When you need all these nutrients, protectors and seeds the best option is to grab the Complete Gold Leaf Grow Set. These weed growing kits come with all the products you need for a full Gold Leaf grow (including a hefty discount).
We also want to share an interesting detail about why our Gold Leaf strain grows so tall. The Gold Leaf Strain is an indica-dominant strain (as mentioned above), but interestingly enough, it has a sativa heritage. This heritage is the secret to why this plant grows so big. This height is what drives the swollen, long colas, to produce the densely golden-yellow haired buds from which it gets its name.
This plant is best grown outdoors. Outside it has the potential to quickly and easily reach its full potential. However, if you plan to grow indoors - no worries. With proper care, cropping, and pruning, you can get a great yield. When growing indoors our expert growers suggest following a yield-increasing, height-reducing method such as the Screen Of Green. Visit our nutrient section to get the right plant food for every stage of growth.

Gold Leaf Strain does cause some people to experience certain side effects. Here's a quick look at the possible side-effects:
The Gold Leaf Strain has a truly unique scent. It really is unlike anything else on the market. When you first light it up, you will pick up an earthy-sweet scent which then transitions to a fresh piney aroma.
From there you will enjoy a rich and thick smoke that's smooth in your mouth and on your throat. From there it develops into a pungent and skunky aroma you will enjoy.
Gold Leaf Strain also has a ton of flavor. There are the earthy industrial scents of diesel and tar pools swimming underneath the more sweet and powerful flavors that play along the top of your tongue. The taste finishes off quickly leaving a sweet, but not overwhelming, aftertaste.
If you are looking for fast relief from everyday stresses or from a lack of appetite, this strain is a natural appetite stimulant. It works quickly to boost your mood and relax your body without leaving you locked on the couch.
What's interesting is, when used in small doses, the strain is quick to lift fatigue. In larger doses, it is great for increasing appetite. And, like most indica strains, you can enjoy a great night's sleep at the end of the evening.
We sell the Gold Leaf strain in two different ways. You may not want huge plants, or perhaps it's your first time growing. Our Gold Leaf Autoflowering seeds practically grow themselves and don't require a huge garden or grow room.
