Therefore, you won't have to use any training techniques to keep it growing outwards, but you may want to trim the extra leaves and branches so some ventilation can get between its heavy foliage. It'll yield you about 14 ounces per plant or 14 ounces per square meter of plant, the former referring to outdoor setups and the latter for indoor setups.
