Yuzu Sour, an exquisite feminized hybrid, blends the tangy zest of citrus with a well-rounded sweet profile for flavor chasers. As part of our exclusive range of seeds with Phylos, this cultivar boasts a tantalizing aroma and a balanced high. It has been crafted and bred to be an ideal smoke for a consumer as well as a great grow for a cultivator. Sourced from Phylos' exceptional breeding program, Yuzu Sour is a testament to the art of breeding and a sound example of a great hybrid.
Inheriting its intense sweet citrus notes from both the Sour Tangie and the EZBake, Yuzu Sour has a strong flavor heritage with an equally powerful heritage of bud structure and effects. Taking its indica-leaning aspects from its EZBake parent, Yuzu Sour gives a gentle blanket of relaxation without sending its consumer into a sleepy haze. From its Sour Tangie parent, the Yuzu Sour brings more of that citrus-forward flavor with an uplifted and aware effect state, bringing this cultivar in a beautiful hybrid to give users an excellent afternoon smoke.
Yuzu Sour is as delightful in the garden as in its effects. This cultivar is more suitable for growers ready to take on a more moderately difficult grow, but once it’s dialed in, it’s a rewarding choice.
Having a very short turnaround time in the flowering stage, Yuzu Sour grows within eight weeks, offering a satisfying journey from seed to harvest.
This cultivar excels indoors, where its medium stature and density make it an ideal fit for most setups. Due to its long spaces between flowering sites, this plant would greatly benefit from having support that spreads its branches and allows for more light penetration (i.e. ScrOG).
Yuzu Sour also thrives outdoors, benefiting from natural conditions to express its full aromatic and potency potential.
It prefers moderate ambient temperatures between 65-80°F and a humidity range of 50-70%, making it adaptable to various environments.
With a flowering period of 56 days post-flower initiation, Yuzu Sour offers a speedy turnaround for hybrid strains.
Generous yields of 3.07 - 3.79 oz/ft² (937-1157 g/m²) make Yuzu Sour a fruitful addition to any cultivation endeavor. However, yield highly depends on factors like environment, equipment, and skills.
This strain demonstrates good resilience but should be handled and overseen throughout the growing process.
Yuzu Sour provides an uplifting and relaxing experience, enhanced by its unique citrus-sweet aroma and flavor profile.
The aroma and taste of Yuzu Sour are marked by a delightful blend of citrus and sweet notes, making it a true treat for the senses. Consumers can get the full breadth of flavor from this cultivar when run through solventless extraction.

The short answer is yes, but the results are almost always disappointing. Cloning autoflowers is technically possible. A cutting roots, grows and carries the...
Read ArticleKnowing when to top autoflowers is one of the most important timing calls you'll make in the grow room. Topping autoflowers the right way builds a bushier, higher-yielding plant. Do it too late or incorrectly though, and you risk a plant that stalls before it hits full size. Both outcomes come down...
